Who we are

Aevolve is the trade name of Vedant Jayeshbhai Patel, a sole proprietorship registered in Gujarat, India. We operate this website, aevolve.in. Our implementation company's site is aevolve.ai. You can reach us at vedant@aevolve.ai. Registered at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

What this website collects

This website has no forms, no accounts and no checkout of its own. We collect:

• Technical information your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, device type and browser. Netlify, our hosting provider, processes this to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
• What you send us by email. Your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us about your setup or your question.
• Purchase details from SuperProfile. Checkout, payment processing and digital-product access are provided through SuperProfile, under SuperProfile's own terms and privacy policy. We receive the buyer details SuperProfile makes available to sellers, such as your name, email address, phone number, order reference and purchase date, so we can deliver the product, provide support and send updates. We never see your full card or bank details.

Advertising measurement. This site uses the Meta Pixel: a page view when a page loads and a checkout-started event when a purchase button is clicked. No purchase event is sent from this site. What Meta receives is the event, the page address and the browser and device information its tool collects, including your IP address and Meta's own cookie identifiers. Depending on how our Meta account is configured, the same events may reach Meta both directly from your browser and through a server connection Meta operates for that purpose. We never send Meta your name, email address or payment details from this site. Meta sets its own cookies for this under its data policy. You can opt out of Meta's advertising measurement in your Meta ad preferences or through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out, and browser tracking protection that blocks the Meta Pixel stops both routes. No other analytics, tag manager or session recording runs on this site.

Why we use it

• To deliver the product you bought, answer your support questions and send the bug-fix and compatibility updates the purchase includes, because you asked us to.
• To keep the website available and secure.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• Where the law requires your consent for a particular purpose, we ask for it and you can withdraw it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add buyers to any marketing list without asking.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:

• Netlify, which hosts this website.
• SuperProfile, which operates the checkout, payment and download.
• Google, for our business email.
• Meta, for the advertising measurement described above.
• Our accountant, for invoicing and tax.

We also disclose information where the law requires it. If we ever transfer the business, information may transfer with it, and this policy would continue to apply.

Where it is stored and how long we keep it

Some of these providers store information on servers outside India. We keep purchase records for as long as the support and update commitment runs and as long as tax law requires. We keep support correspondence for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, then delete it, unless we need it for a legal claim. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

How we protect it

This site is served over HTTPS. Access to our accounts is limited to the proprietor and protected with two-factor authentication where the provider supports it. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Your rights and how to exercise them

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• delete it,
• stop contacting you.

Email vedant@aevolve.ai from the address you used at checkout or in your correspondence, so we can confirm it is you. We reply within 30 days.

Grievance and data contact

If you have a complaint about how we handled your information, write to the address above. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.

Children

This is a business product. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy as the product and the site change. The date at the top shows the current version. If we add any measurement tool to this website, we update this policy and add the notice and controls required at that time, before the tool goes live.
