This policy explains what information this website and our service collect, why, and what you can do about it. It is written for the people who contact us: clinic owners and their staff.

Who we are

This website, aevolve.in, is operated by Aevolve, India. Aevolve builds AI, automation and operational systems for businesses. Our company site is aevolve.ai. You can reach us at vedant@aevolve.ai or +91 70419 10903.

What this policy covers

It covers this website and the enquiries you send us. It does not cover the systems we build inside a clinic. Those are covered by the written scope and the agreement signed with that clinic, and the clinic remains responsible for its own patient data.

Information we collect

This website has no forms, no accounts and no payments. We collect:

• What you send us. When you message us on WhatsApp, call, or email, we receive your name, phone number or email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your clinic.
• Usage and advertising measurement. Cookies and similar technologies record page views, which pages you looked at, which buttons you tapped, and whether you arrived from an advertisement. This is described under cookies and tracking below.
• Technical information your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, device type and browser. Our hosting provider logs this to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

We do not ask for, and this website does not collect, any patient information.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and to follow up about the service you asked about.
• To prepare a written scope and invoice if you decide to go ahead.
• To measure which advertisements and pages produce enquiries, so we spend our own advertising budget sensibly.
• To keep the website working and secure.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with other clinics. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

Legal basis and consent

We process your information because you contacted us and asked us to respond, and because we have a legitimate interest in measuring our own advertising. Where consent is required for a particular purpose, we ask for it. You can withdraw consent or ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or emailing vedant@aevolve.ai.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We may use cookies, web beacons, pixels and similar storage technologies from third parties, including Meta, to collect or receive information from this website and elsewhere on the internet. Those third parties use that information to provide measurement services and to target and deliver advertisements. The two tools we use are below.

Meta Pixel

We advertise on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. The Meta Pixel tells us how many people who saw an advertisement visited this page and tapped a WhatsApp button. It does not tell us who you are. Meta may use the same information to show you advertisements.

You can control this in your Facebook or Instagram settings under Ads preferences, and through Meta's guidance on ad settings.

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics tells us which pages people read and where they stop. You can opt out across all websites with Google's browser add-on.

How to opt out generally

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also use the industry opt-out pages at optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu. Blocking cookies does not stop you using this site or messaging us. Nothing on this site is hidden behind tracking.

WhatsApp messages

Our calls to action open WhatsApp. That conversation happens on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, and WhatsApp processes it as the platform provider. We keep the conversation and your contact details so we can answer you and follow up about the service.

We message you only after you have contacted us or given us your number and permission. We do not send bulk promotional messages. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop messaging you. You can also ask for a person rather than an automated reply at any point, and you will get one.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:

• Netlify, which hosts this website.
• Meta, for WhatsApp messaging and advertising measurement.
• Google, for analytics and email.
• Our accountant and payment providers, for invoicing and tax.

We also disclose information where the law requires it. If we ever transfer the business, information may transfer with it, and this policy would continue to apply.

Where data is stored and how long we keep it

Some of these providers store information on servers outside India. We keep enquiry conversations and contact details for as long as we are in contact with you and for up to three years afterwards, so we can pick up a conversation you started. Invoices and tax records are kept for as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

How we protect it

This site is served over HTTPS. Access to our accounts is limited to the founder and protected with two-factor authentication where the provider supports it. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Your rights and how to exercise them

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• delete it,
• stop contacting you.

Email vedant@aevolve.ai with the request. We will confirm your identity before acting on it, and reply within 30 days.

Grievance and data contact

If you have a complaint about how we handled your information, write to the address above. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.

Children

This is a business service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
