Terms of sale

1. Who we are and who these terms bind

The product is sold by Vedant Jayeshbhai Patel, sole proprietor trading as Aevolve ("Aevolve", "we", "us"), registered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. These terms bind the person or business that buys the product ("you"). They take effect when your payment is completed at checkout. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. The product is sold for business use and is not directed at children.

2. What you are buying

The Ready-Made AI Automation Service System — US HVAC is one ready-made service that freelancers and small agencies sell to HVAC (heating and air-conditioning) companies in the United States. It is delivered as a single digital download, HVAC-Lead-Recovery-System-v1.zip, containing:

• the HVAC Lead Recovery System, the client-delivery system inside the package: five n8n workflows and their configuration and installation documents,
• the demo: a demo workspace, two demo workflows, a made-up company's dataset, three scripted situations and a recording guide,
• the sales material: a one-page description of the service, a good-fit customer guide, a pricing framework, discovery and demo guides, objection answers and a proposal template,
• the client-delivery material: onboarding form, message copy, standard operating procedures, go-live checklist, rollback and troubleshooting,
• the licence and the support and update policy.

The exact contents are listed in the package's PRODUCT-INVENTORY.md and RELEASE-MANIFEST.md. Open START-HERE.md first. The client-delivery system is built and tested on n8n 2.39.0.

3. What is not included

• Client acquisition of any kind: prospect lists, outreach material, introductions or leads.
• A website for your agency or for your client.
• Coaching, a community, calls, WhatsApp support or live sessions.
• Additional service offers, Quote Follow-Up or Review Request automations, voice AI, an AI receptionist or any conversational agent.
• Hosting of any kind, including hosted n8n.
• Third-party subscriptions and usage fees: n8n, Twilio, Google, OpenAI or any other provider, for you or for your clients.
• Custom development, client-specific builds or done-for-you implementation.
• Any guarantee of clients, income, revenue or business results.

4. Skills and accounts you need

Practical n8n familiarity is required: importing workflows, connecting credentials, reading node logic and testing changes before a client deployment. The package does not teach n8n from zero. To run the demo you need your own n8n and a Google account. To deploy for a client you need the client's own Twilio, Google and OpenAI accounts and an n8n instance reachable over HTTPS. You are responsible for checking these requirements before you buy.

5. Price and payment

• The price is ₹999, paid once. There is no subscription.
• Checkout, payment processing and digital-product access are provided through SuperProfile, under SuperProfile's own terms and privacy policy. This site has no checkout of its own.
• ₹999 is the full amount payable. Nothing is added at checkout: no processing fee and no delivery charge.
• SuperProfile emails a receipt for your payment to the address you used at checkout. If you need a different billing document for your records, email us with your order reference.
• After payment the download is available from your SuperProfile purchases.

6. Licence

The licence is perpetual and covers one business, yours. You may modify the workflows and documents, deploy them for as many of your own direct clients as you like, and charge what you choose for setup and management. Installing a configured system in a client's own accounts is client deployment, not redistribution.

You may not sell, share, upload or redistribute the workflow files, demo files or documentation, in original or modified form, or bundle them into another product, template library, course or marketplace listing. 7. Support and updates

• Support is by email only, at vedant@aevolve.ai, with a reply within 2 business days.
• Installation and setup questions are covered for 30 days from purchase.
• Bug fixes, documentation corrections and n8n 2.x compatibility updates are provided for 12 months from purchase, as replacement files you re-import.
• Not covered: your customisations, client-specific builds, third-party account problems, custom integrations and anything listed in section 3.
• Additional workflows are not part of the purchase and are not promised. If any are ever offered to previous buyers, that is a discretionary goodwill update.

8. Refunds

Refunds are covered by the refund policy. In short: a downloadable digital purchase is generally final once access is granted, with exceptions for duplicate payment, failed delivery and a materially broken or incomplete product we cannot correct. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Your responsibilities

• You configure, test and deliver each client project. You decide what to promise your clients and you are responsible for keeping those promises.
• You and your clients are responsible for complying with the messaging, consent, opt-out and privacy laws that apply where the messages are sent, and with the terms of every third-party provider used.
• You will not describe the system to clients as artificial intelligence that talks to customers, books appointments or dispatches technicians. It sends fixed messages you approve.
• You will not present results, revenue or response rates you have not measured for that client.

10. What we do not guarantee

We also do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms such as n8n, Twilio, Google, OpenAI, Meta or SuperProfile, and we are not responsible when those platforms change, restrict or suspend access.

11. Intellectual property

Aevolve keeps ownership of the workflows, documents, demo material and know-how in the package. You own the configurations, message wording and client-specific adaptations you create, and your clients own their data and accounts. Neither side may use the other's name or logo publicly without written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost clients or lost goodwill. Aevolve's total liability in connection with the product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for fraud, or removes rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may change for new purchases. The version in force on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction. Before starting proceedings, both sides agree to try to resolve the matter in good faith within 30 days of a written notice.
